Hello Interested Yoga Teacher Trainee
I am so excited about this grand adventure. We are gearing up to start 2025. Please see schedule and pricing below for both the 200 hrs YRTT ( Yoga RoomTeacher Training) and the 300 hour Program.
We are diving into your journey with a deeper awareness of yoga and perhaps sharing the knowledge should you decide to become a Yoga teacher.
After looking over the schedule please contact me to begin your journey! We will meet and discuss payment/payment plans and to chat about any concerns about classes missed due to scheduled plans or illness.
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Included in the program cost:
- All Saturday YTT meetings and one private make up meeting if a session is missed
- 8 + Specialty focused workshops, most held on Sundays
- An Unlimited class pass at the studio during training
- Saturday’s creative supplies
- Graduation dinner February 2026 > TBD
- Reading/self study/homework (books not included in price, see list and approx. pricing below)
- Assisting and student teaching
- All Material Handouts
- Mentoring / One on One meeting
Dates 2025 - Second weekend of each month starting in February and going to November
If you are unable to make any of these dates we will set up a one on one to cover what was missed. Upon request we may be able to record YTT Sunday Workshop to have on file and as a makeup if you are unable to attend. Either way we got you covered.
December will be scheduled makeups, mentoring and if there’s a desire…teaching classes on your own!

COST ~ 200 hour commitment
$575 - Deposit & First month payment- (checks prefer) due by Feb. 1th.
$222 due the at the immersion class held on second Saturday of the month March - November
Total = $2573 for the year

300 hour Yoga Teacher Training
Must have a 200 hour teacher training certificate to attend.

- An Unlimited class pass at the studio during training

Meeting dates:
The second Friday night 6-8pm , Saturday 7:30-5:30 & Sunday 9:30-1:30pm

In addiction we will assign - Mentoring meeting , Teaching & Assisting, Read & Research, Electives study, Private practice, and areas of concentration.
COST ~
300 hr commitment
$620 - Deposit due Feb 1st. (checks prefer)
$254 due on the second Saturday of the month March - November
Total = $2,906 for the year
