Jenny B. - Vinyasa Flow
Jenny completed 200 hours Teacher Training with Pathways Yoga System in 2017. She started her yoga practice for exercise and flexibility and ended up finding more—“Yoga offered to me a more balanced and full-filled life,” says Jenny. Jenny’s classes are filled with love and compassion. @Mypracticemypeace is her Instagram tag it says a lot about her style of teaching.
Dayna F. - Basic Yoga
Dayna Antosh began her teacher training with Yoganand Michael Carroll of Kripalu, gaining her 200-hr teaching certification in December 1996. She has taught at studios and health clubs across New Hampshire and recently completed her 500-hr RYT in the Iyengar tradition, through Yogamatters in Sandown, NH. Dayna is a student of Ayurveda and A Course In Miracles and is a passionate advocate for yoga as a complete lifestyle choice.
Ari D. - Vinyasa Flow
Ari is a 200 hour yoga teacher, certified by Yoga East. She has taught in many locations around New Hampshire. She has experience teaching all-levels Vinyasa flow, Basic flow, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Her passion for yoga began as a supplement to running, finding an increased comfort level in longer distances. Now she practices not only for her own comfort but for the comfort of others so they too may enjoy life on and off the mat the same way.
Sybil D. - Restorative Yoga
Sybil is a RYT 200 hours with Pathways Yoga Systems completion in 2017. She has been personally practicing yoga for 4 years during her training and continues to strengthen her practice . Restorative and basic gentle yoga have become her focus for her classes to share her practice of breathing and relaxation .
Kate K. - Kids Yoga
Kate Kretschmer teaches our Kids Yoga classes. She has been with The Yoga Room since 2005. She is a Pathways Yoga System Level 2 teacher and also holds an M.Ed, BS in Elementary Ed/Special Ed, BA in Dance & Psychology, and is a Reiki Master Practitioner. Danielle R - Gentle Yoga
Danielle began her yogic journey by accident, literally. In search of ways to recover following a cycling crash, she quickly discovered yoga’s ability to restore, harmonize, and heal body, mind, and spirit. Forever a student, she continues with studies in therapeutic and structural yoga, as well as certification in Integrated Positional Therapy and other healing modalities to complement and enhance the yoga experience. Danielle is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level.
Shannon D. - Vinyasa Flow
Shannon is certified in aromatherapy and Herbalism at The Boston School of Herbal Studies from 2012- 2013. She includes oil therapy into her practice and classes. She completed her 200 hour Ashtanga certification and Reiki Master training at Living Yoga in 2016 and has been practicing and teaching ever since. She loves her 8 year yoga journey and all the ups and downs she experiences throughout her practice. She enjoys teaching vinyassa flow inspired by the Ashtanga primary series; connecting breath and movement while incorporating mudras, chanting meditation, mindful readings.
