Jenny B. - Vinyasa Flow
Jenny completed 200 hours Teacher Training with Pathways Yoga System in 2017. She started her yoga practice for exercise and flexibility and ended up finding more—“Yoga offered to me a more balanced and full-filled life,” says Jenny. Jenny’s classes are filled with love and compassion. @Mypracticemypeace is her Instagram tag it says a lot about her style of teaching.
LIsa D. - Slow Flow
Lisa has been practicing yoga for about 5 years! Her passion for the art has taken her across the globe to Bali, Indonesia to earn her teaching degree in Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with the All Yoga Training Program. Most recently she even received her Yin Yoga degree through My Meditative Yin Yoga. Over years of practice, determination and hard work she is excited and humbled to bring her experience here to help practitioners of all levels feel comfortable in their own bodies. Whether you are absolutely nailing that handstand or child's pose all are welcome and we hope you'll join her for a full "yogi experience"!
Ari D. - Vinyasa Flow
Ari is a 200 hour yoga teacher, certified by Yoga East. She has taught in many locations around New Hampshire. She has experience teaching all-levels Vinyasa flow, Basic flow, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Her passion for yoga began as a supplement to running, finding an increased comfort level in longer distances. Now she practices not only for her own comfort but for the comfort of others so they too may enjoy life on and off the mat the same way.
Sybil D. - Restorative Yoga
Sybil is a RYT 200 hours with Pathways Yoga Systems completion in 2017. She has been personally practicing yoga for 4 years during her training and continues to strengthen her practice . Restorative and basic gentle yoga have become her focus for her classes to share her practice of breathing and relaxation .
Kate K. - Kids Yoga
Kate Kretschmer teaches our Kids Yoga classes. She has been with The Yoga Room since 2005. She is a Pathways Yoga System Level 2 teacher and also holds an M.Ed, BS in Elementary Ed/Special Ed, BA in Dance & Psychology, and is a Reiki Master Practitioner. Danielle R - Gentle Yoga
Danielle began her yogic journey by accident, literally. In search of ways to recover following a cycling crash, she quickly discovered yoga’s ability to restore, harmonize, and heal body, mind, and spirit. Forever a student, she continues with studies in therapeutic and structural yoga, as well as certification in Integrated Positional Therapy and other healing modalities to complement and enhance the yoga experience. Danielle is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level.
Jennifer S. - Vinyasa Flow
Through the years Jen has developed a very close relationship with the practice of yoga. In her early 20’s she began to dabble in Hatha yoga as mean to gain strength and flexibility but she really began to understand the true power of yoga in her late 20’s when challenging life circumstances moved her to seek methods of reducing anxiety and stress. Yoga played a key role in getting her through these tough times and helped her develop the confidence to live her life fully. She trained with Anjili and Brian Russell at Sadhana Yoga in Keene NH ( 200hr), Bec Conent of OM Births.
