We all want to enjoy a pain-free life. Science suggests that about 80% of our body discomfort is musculoskeletal in nature. While our bodies crave balance, for most of us a balanced body remains elusive. The great news is relief is at hand, and we can easily learn basic techniques to reduce, or even eliminate, discomfort.
Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) is a system of muscle balancing protocols that effectively address many of the root causes of neuromuscular pain. Developed by Lee Albert, a Kripalu neuromuscular therapist/yoga teacher, it is a proven and popular healing modality designed to set the conditions to bring the body back into balance. IPT is non-invasive, gentle, and wonderfully addresses many common musculoskeletal imbalances, leading to a more easeful lifestyle.
Preregistration required 24 hours before each class by contacting Danielle @ email@example.com
Cost - $15.00
