Structural Balance the Body

Wednesdays, Nov. 7 – Dec. 12, 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.

In this All Levels Basic Structural class, we will begin to set the conditions to bring the body into balance.  Supported by an array of props this fun, gentle class will focus on proper stretching/strengthening movement (asana) woven together with breath (pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana).  Class will conclude with a few minutes of quiet reflection in deep Restorative yoga, a perfect way to flow into a “feel good” day ahead.

Cost; $50 for five classes (members can use the MindBody pass)

Yoga for Anxiety

Sunday Nov. 18th 3:00-4:30pm

Lisa's workshop have been so amazing we are hosting them each month! Join Lisa as she tells you a little bit about her story and how she manages her anxiety day to day, She will instruct a gentle yoga class follow by meditation, breathing exercises and mantras/affirmations, and have some of her favorite essential oil blends to help you tackle your anxiety. Arm yourself with the tools and knowledge to calm your nervous system and lead a happier, healthier life. Pre-registration required by Oct. 18.

Cost: $25 (cash or check made out to Lisa Daykin)

Rock & Roll Yoga Ball Fun!

Bounce into Fall and spice up your yoga practice with a ball class.

  • Increase your heart rate on the yoga ball

  • Build more muscle gently on the yoga ball
