Gentle Yoga is easy, non-strenuous, quiet, and meditative. This class is great for those with tight or tired muscles. If your exercise routine or life has got you in knots, try this deep stretching class to unwind your body and mind. We use yoga props (blocks and bolsters) for support. The instructor will guide you through gentle stretching and movement allowing your body time to completely stretch and relax. All of our classes offer yogic breathing (pranayamas) and meditation (dhyana) for the full body/mind experience.
