A 6 Week Summer Workshop Series with Danielle and Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT).
Enjoy a pain-free life and find balance. Science suggests that about 80% of our discomfort is musculoskeletal in nature. While our bodies crave balance, for most of us a balanced body remains elusive. The great news is we can easily learn basic techniques to reduce, or even eliminate, discomfort that can hinder our daily activities.
Week 1: The Hips The Very Foundation (finished)
Week 2: The Sacrum The Heart of the Spine (finished)
Week 3: The Lumbar The Central Artery (finished)
Week 4: The Core The Fire Within
Week 5: The SNUB Shoulders/Neck/Upper Back
Week 6: The Body (Includes Arms & Legs)
Allow your body to come into balance with focused stretching, strengthening, and breathing techniques.
Each 6 week enrollment includes 1 private appointments of observation and wellness plan.
Cost - $125
