Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. This class offers lots strengthening, stretching, and relaxing. The instructor will guide you into yoga postures that with strengthen and stretch your entire body (chairs provided). This class offers a fun and friendly atmosphere. All of our classes offer yogic breathing (pranayamas) and meditation (dhyana) for the full body/mind experience. Held Tuesday morning @ 10.
