Restorative Yoga is relaxing, calming and full of gentle stretching. This class is great for anyone looking for tender support in their practice. The body and mind can truly rest and renew with the use of blocks, blankets and large yoga bolsters. The instructor will guide you through gentle basic yoga poses and movement, then finish class with deep restorative yoga allowing you time to completely relax and rest. All of our classes offer yogic breathing (pranayamas) and meditation (dhyana) for the full body/mind experience.
